FLY WITH A SMILE
The Challenge
Despite being named World's Best Low-Cost Airline, Jetstar faced growing competition and needed to boost seat occupancy through passenger engagement and loyalty.
The Solution
We launched the viral #FridayFreeFlights contest, rewarding goofy passport selfies with weekend getaways. Subsequent campaigns featured creative twists like face-swap and Valentine themes. To deepen engagement, we produced digital/print magazines with local influencers like Petey Majik and Emma Booth sharing authentic travel tips and hidden city gems.
The Result
• The successful #FridayFreeFlights campaign received over 2,500 submissions and high engagement rate on facebook.
• The online and offline magazines were highly praised by the passengers for its insightful content and photography.
